Tire manufaturers requiere you to run bias-ply skinnies when using slick out back, otherwise the car will get squirly. I know that most Z guys don't run skinnies (honestly don't know why... they're not THAT expensive, they're pretty cheap used, although I got mine new) My z was getting squirly at the track, after speaking to mustang owners, running bias-ply skinnies will make the car point like an arrow. pics:
